In the past, going out for breakfast meant being offered bacon & eggs and not much else. Now? The vegan breakfast scene has exploded and it’s officially my favourite meal. From pancakes to shakshuka, there are so many incredible vegan breakfast options in Brisbane. Keep reading for the Brisbane Vegan Breakfast Guide 2023!
